redmi note 3 and note 3s flashing not start - GSM-Forum

set edl mode ok but when i click in flash then firstly shows read hello packet then shows can not read from port com7

but when i flash redmi 2s then flashing ok but note 3 and note3s not flashing,
i cant understand from where comes the problem,
please help me masters,
i m waiting

i use win7 32 bit

me 2 having same proble i tried all thing driver also perfect then also no sucess any 1 can help for this

u must win8.1 64 bit sir
