Redmi note 3 (snapdragon-32gb) red light blinking

i have redmi note 3 (snapdragon-32gb model) dead and not boot up ...try to charge but red light blinking at the corner of display (notification led) so i try to remove battery belt for sometime and try to charge again but no result
while no pc connectivity at all ....no any movement while usb cable plugged to pc and phone
try to flash the phone but without connectivity its not possible and its not boot in to fast-boot
whats the problem ????

mi note 3 red light blinks wile charging
1st remove ur battery & check ur phone restarts & mi logo appers. if then just change battery or clean ur battery connevter & check.
2nd boot repair can solve ur porblem.
3rd power ic PMI8952 rehot this ic or change problem will be solved.
