Nope, you can't.

Smartphone OS (i.e. Windows Mobile 2002, and 2003), is hardware specific.

It must be preinstalled onto your phone. Unless you're a ******** Windows programer, it would be impossible for you to make it work with your phone.

x65`s processor is arm926 based
