DEAR FRIENDS THE PHONE IS FLASHED WITH
/RUU_Elf_HTC_RUS_1.15.411.1B_4.1.13.42_02.93.90_Shi p.exe ,BUT THERE IS NOT ENFLESH LANGUAGE IN IT ,WHAT FILE SKOULD i FLASH THIS PHONE TO CHANGE LANGUAGE PLEASE HELP ME

Elf shipped ROMs here

There is a russian ROM in a working link.You can find WWE(english) ROMs there also and in the "ALL HTC ROMs DOWNLOAD" thread here.

i always got error bro ....as you said I need cid unlock ,how to do it bro ?

without any cid unlocking I FLASHED THE SAME ROM with russian ,but I need english ...only 2 percent and vendor error id or something like this....how to do it please explain me ?
