Install 'Cert_SPCS.cab' and 'EnableRapi.cab' on your device. Copy them to your devide and run ok

if y use "ALL HTC "y can find a tool to know if your device can be unlock or not
if not y can download it from here

choose" htc elf ", open "device _info" and execute "device_info.bat "
