GSM signal strength in PDA


How can a GSM modem signal strength be displayed in PDA? I have to develop this application in .NET.

Model dependent, but usually we can send the AT command to query phone. if that's ppc base phone you just need to check the microsoft ppc sdk !

Thanks for your reply.
I searched the whole msdn ppc sdk for finding an API. But I couldn't see a class for finding the GSM signal strength!

have one PDA ZT V7+ GSM/GPRS phone...i have to upgrade this phone..data cable i have... u just give me the detail of the tool nd where it find?nd how to upgrade this china model?pls help..........the phone is only start with the startup screen....cant on
