help me on this Error - GSM-Forum

when iam Going to Upgrade my htc wiza200 it gives me always yhis error
even i had tried many roms But no solution always stuckon this error
now my phone is in Bootloader mode
Please help ME

Hi!

Your device is CID locked and you didn't CID unlocked that before the upgrade.
Disable Activesync connections in Activesync->settings->untick "allow usb connections"
Connect your device in bootloader mode to your PC.
Extract the ROM exe in a folder.
Download this:
http://www.fishermangsm.com/Share4HT...ility_noID.rar

Extract this rar to the same folder,overwrite existing files and run the NOID update utility.
It should work.

what's IPL SPL version ?

if its low version than CID Can be unlocked with WST. but u posted no info.

bro my phone is in bootloader mode when i Now trun it on it Shows only bootloader mode first it was on i got phone for language change but now its on only bootloader i don't know why it happend i Changed Rom and this i didn't get success Please help me via team viewr if
