Hi i have Herald O2 from germen, i need to change the language to English, when i try to upgrade ROM HTC_P4350_WWE_4.17.405.2_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship
image version 4.17.405.2

it shows following error
ERROR294: INVALID VENDOR ID

Mobile has IPL : 4.11.0002

Anyone have link for exact ROM for change the language

Hi!

To change the ROM to a different than original you need hard-SPL or USPL for your device.
Some help here:

READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE DO ANYTHING!(version,IPL,SPL,etc...)
Backup your datas!
You will find ROMs in the herald section.

My advices:
fully loaded battery(I mean FULLY,really)
good cable
use UPS or laptop(not really needed,just for sure)
follow the instructions and be patient(flashing sometimes seems frozen,usually 80,95 and 100%,don't touch anything,wait)
after successful upgrade and boot,do a softreset
