the only thing writen at the back is just the IMEI nothing more. the phone looks like MDA pro. the only thing writen is pocket pc. pls if u can assist me on how to upload the image or u giv me your Gmail account let me upload it there.

take a picture of your phone using any camera then transfer to pc and go to TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting browse and locate pic.

Try HTC Universal hard reset combination.

might work for you.
