How to full reset an Imate jam? - GSM-Forum

I remember that there is a combination of buttons to do it but I don't remember exactly. Can someone help me please?

just remove batt for 3 to 4 horus & remember that dont attach the back cover because if u attach back cover the internal batt will be start so remove batt & cover both for & wait for 4 hors

Keep power button pressed and insert the tip of stylus in reset hole near charging connecter.
