How i can retrieve my contacts....?

i have one htc t-mobile RHOD210 phone is working but nothing is appearing on the screen, cause is flex cut. i just want to retrieve my contacts i try with microsoft activesync but on phone i no have outlook intalled and on blind screen phone how i can install outlook, plz help me if there is any another way to retrieve the contacts....?

There is some apps available for backing up PPC Data. but since ur phone has no display.

Reparing is best solution for now.
