how master reset a treo?

I have a Treo 750 , and I need to do a master reset , there is any code for that ?? anybody have any idea ??

push the open/close bottom, and in the same time press reset . then choose erase all data or somthing like.

First: which one is open/close button , and second press reset???? there is no reset button here , please specify more info.
