check ebay there is a code solution available!!
or contact t-mobile or hp because the code comes from hp not t-mobile.??

Hi,

I have received an unlock code from T mobile. But when I tried entering the unlock code with a local sim inside the phone, it says phone not ready for unlocking. Please try after some time.

Any suggestions.

I don't consider getting codes from eBay a solution, yes it works for single user who wants their own unit unlocked but I have a business that caters to walk in customers. What I mean is a stand alone solution that can be unlocked on the spot for customers, (software/cable).
