Follow the link,download the program,install it.Be sure you have .NET framework 2.0 installed on your computer(Kaiser unlocker needs that). Connect phone with activesync,launch all htc program,select kaiser,follow the instructions.After that flash radio rom as I mentioned before and you can see at post #15.After all you will have an unlocked phone and check it has sound!
