htc p4350 going to boot loader and not connect with active sync thats happen after hard spl

boot loader mode has nothing to do with ActiveSync.

Now find rom matched with CID. or make Gold Card and flash any shipped rom.

Make sure your phone is P3450 not P3452.

cant we flash with out any box or ufs because i dont have axe box . and its my personal set

Of course we can flash it without box.
Status of your device?Working or bricked or stuck in bootloader?
CID lock?Do you need official or cooked ROM?

I had this same problem on my herald. After a lot of effort from this site Goldcard for Herald - xda-developers
Now my herald is working fine.
