I have a HTC 0100 and elf boots directly in butt. not accept to do so update error 270 with ROMUpdateUtility replied, please wait.

If its Carrier ID [CID] Locked.

download uspl.exe of elf in ur pc $ install ur problem will solve 100000% no error 270

agree with you there... common mistakes of one that wants to flash is not unlocking read more details before flashing
and make sure if your on the site where you got the ROM is to know what kind of Pocketpc you have if this is the touch maybe it is on the elf/ elfin section

Bro Don't try without full proof and exprince
first read post's about the window mobile....window mobile to much difrence field in the other mobile like NOKIA,SAMSUNG,SONY ERICSSON ETC

i have dead and demage many phone's
