any idea how 2 fix the problm of htc wiza200 which hangs on startup? only show "windows mobile". i tried to hard reset then it shows three colors blue,green,red, after that nothing, so when i manual restart it becomes hanged, plz reply soon for this solution. thnx

i have same problems with yours.. how to reset wiza200 if its stuck? does it need to connections to the computer.. or any programs to hard reset it?

to hard reset your device you need to press the the comm center and voice commands buttons (top left and top right side) and while holding them reset with stylus (mid left side)

are you sure reseting is in that way? i dont see any stylus in the mid left side..
can it fix our problem?

HTC Wizard (Prodigy)

Resetting Your HTC Wizard

Occasionally you may need to reset your Wizard. A normal (or soft) reset
of your device clears all active program memory and shuts down all
active programs. This can be useful when the device is running slower
than normal, or a program is not performing properly. A soft reset is
also necessary after the installation of some programs. If a soft reset is
performed when programs are running, unsaved work will be lost.
You can also perform a hard reset (also known as a full reset). A hard
reset should be performed only if a normal reset does not solve a
system problem. After a hard reset, the device is restored to its default
settings â�� the way it was when you first purchased it and turned it
on. Any programs you installed, data you entered, and settings you
customized on the device will be lost. Only Windows Mobile software
and other pre-installed programs will remain.

To perform a soft reset

â�¢ Use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on
the left side of your device. The device restarts and displays the
Today screen.

Warning! Always turn off your device before performing a soft reset or
installing/replacing the battery and SIM card.

To perform a hard reset

1. Press and hold the Comm Manager button and Voice Command
button on the device. At the same time, use the stylus to lightly
press the RESET button.

2. Keep the Comm Manager button and Voice Command button
pressed, and the following message will appear on the screen:

3. Release the two buttons, and press the Send button to perform a
hard reset.
