I can't find the unlock code in image BK_02_0005.img - GSM-Forum

I want to unock htc Pharos (P3470) with ALL_HTC_1.2 .All is perfect: I copy " bkondisk " into htc and I install it. I copy the file bk_02_0005 in my PC . I open the file (in PC) with hex editor but unfortunatly I can't find the line " 0X0400F0 " neither " 0X040100 "
I can't attach here this image file: it is 1.49 MB bytes and exceeds the forum's limit of 391.3 KB for this filetype.
Can someone help me to find unlock code in image BK_02_0005.img. (I can E-mail it).
