I killed I-mate jam, please help !!!


Killed customers I-mate jam.I was trying to upgrade with english version file ma_cdlsku1_wwe_10300_143_10100_ship and I click to upgrade from -to, and it appears USB v.1.00 on the screen and the "checking the information on your device...please wait
Please don't disconnect your device from your PC or
the power supply until the update is completed."
After more that 30 min of the same situation, I disconnect pocket from cable, try to power on, but only click from speaker.
Please help me and solution?

how to do hard reset and flash via MMC , am newbie in this please give me some steps and advice, I can't boot to flash JAM rom and upgrade

I fix my phone. First maybe battery was empty so it could not get in the boot mode, charging of 3 hours was not enough so I put to charging 15 hours.
Than I push power button+camera+reset and goes to boot mode and that flash goes to he end sucefully.
