I mate jam problem plz helpppppppppppppppppppppp


When i press power button and dont release button then it show i mate then of then show then of after 1 second.....plz tell me the solution....
And when i press power without back cover then not on .......


Plz help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hi!

First of all,try hard reset!
Press and hold camera+voice command button and press reset.Release reset but keep holding the 2 buttons and you will get a black screen with a text.Release the 2 buttons and press "SEND" button (the green handset button).It will format your device and reload OS.

Magician has a switch under the battery cover.It doesn't power on if the back cover not installed properly.

i-Mate JAM hard reset


To perform a full reset

A full device reset clears memory, deletes all data and restores the Pocket PC Phone to its default settings. Programs installed at the factory remain, erasing all data that you have created and programs you have installed. Press and hold the power button, and then use the stylus to press the soft reset button at the same time. Be sure you have backed up all your data in a SD card or on your PC before performing a full reset.

when i connect cahrger then it show imatw .and also show R G D ONLY THEN RESTART AFTER 5 SECONG....

PLZ HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Power up ur phone with DC Voltage. if run properly then its Battery problem. if not working with DC Voltage. then u need to reflash.
