Imate PDA2K problem.Please help - GSM-Forum

Hi forum members, please i have an imate PDA2K phone.when i switch on, and i'm asked to tap the '+' sign for screen alignment, i tap it and it moves to the four corners and then to the center. this continues as long as i tap it. i'm not able to go beyond this tapping business.

please any suggestions what the problem coud be and what i can do to fix this??

You stuck in screen calibration. just complete the procedure and finish it.

follow on screen instruction.

Hi!

If you tap in the middle of the "+" with your stylus in center and corners then calibration is OK and you can continue.If the procedure always restarts then you have touchscreen problem.Replace it,that will solve your problem.

this happens ad infinitum. the screen calibration process doesn't end. that's my problem

seems that your touch sensor problem.
