i have a imate pdal and have forgotten password can some body suggest recovery procedure.

The only solution is to hard reset dears

you says to hard reset and you give the procedure also for it

Make sure the device is powered off and wait 10 seconds. Then press and hold the following keys in this sequence – Send + camera + power. Release the keys when the screen lights up and the device will go through its reboot sequence, eventually presenting you with the touch sensitive alignment screen.
