Member: 882373 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi, yes Follow these steps: 1) Switch off the phone 2) Hold the top left and right buttons and switch on for a 1 or 1.5 seconds (don't press the on switch hard, just switch it lightly) 3) The phone asks you to soft reset to factory settings in a black screen, you must be alert that the message will be moved within a second or 2, before it goes you have to press the mouse button to ok it. 4) The phone will be resetted to its original factory settings within 4 minutes. Thats it. |
