the phone is currently in german language is there any way to set into english?
ROM -version:1.21.111.3
ROM-Datum: 06/20/06
Funkempfangerversion: 1.05.02.00

HI!

I think you need a ROM upgrade with an english ROM.This is an official upgrade.

Note:check your device CID state(SUPERCID needed) or if it is CID locked,then you have to use an NOID flasher(I'm not sure,i used it with my HTC Charmer,it worked for me.)
IMPORTANT!!! Make ROM dump to your memory card(possible only with SUPERCID),for sure,before you do anything.If something goes wrong,you have the possibility to restore your device.Second:Full loaded battery!!
Third:Sometimes upgrade seems frozen,nothing happens(usually at 80% and 95%),do not do anything,be patient,this process can be 10 minutes or more.

WM6 upgrade for HTC Tytn by HTC.It needs registration on HTC site,but you can download it from rapidshare without this procedure.
