need some help after h.reset

hi there

I have an Ipaq 3850, a month ago it had an hard reset, since then it came back to half life

the bottoms dont work anymore exept the record bottom

the navigation program (Igo 2005) and destinator 6 couldnt be installed back.

the Igo i copied to the memory card and tryed to use it but the program gives me an error that the file isnt opration system compitable

the destinator I install it and then i try to oprate it but the system gives me an eror not a recognized file or some files missing

I tryed to install destenator 3 it was installed ok but it got stuck after one min

any one could help me

I tryed to update the windows but as I can its not as easy as intalling windows mobile 5 i need more files

please please heelp me Im lost without my gps
