O2 XDA IIi Freeze at Aligning, Plz Help!! - GSM-Forum

I have an O2 XDA IIi that just stays at aligning page and the Xpoint keeps moving around and round after press the point. I already tried the hard reset but it won't fix the problem... Anyone knows the solution to this problem, please help, thanks

the screen is not damaged. when i use the stylus to align, the point just keeps moving around and around and never stops and proceed to the next page.

first i m not talking about the screen but touchpad 90% faulty when its behaves like it

i have too same problem and i think this is not a hardware problem plz do some expert the good job

i am in a serious condition because my phone always keep itself in align screen so what to do next

yes..i now found out that it is the screen problem.. i tested on different screen and it works...

no i don't think so i think this is a software problem because phone hasen't been droped by anyone neither it's a water damaged so what is it's software solution next to do?
