The telephone in issue has the soft unstable. It's possible to take part with cable USB, to firmware and flasher? If it it is, where I can find all..

Hi!

We need more info about your device,arte 100 is not enough.Things that help us:
Does it work or stuck on bootloader?
CID locked or not?
IPL,SPL,Radio,ROM version,language,provider or CID value is better
Give us these informations and we can give you the proper ROM,tools or other solutions.

EDIT:I found your picture.So,you have an arte100,IPL,SPL 1.36,movistar telefonica,CID:TELEF301
And the ROM you need:

Hi!

Disable USB connections in Activesync menu (untick the box).
Put your device in bootloader mode:
The bootloader is invoked by pressing down the Power and Voicedialer buttons simultaneously, and using the stylus at the same time to press the RESET button at the left side. Continue pressing the two buttons for a few seconds after pressing and releasing the reset button until the bootloader screen appears.
If you see the tri-color screen with numbers then connect device to PC.Run the upgrade utility as usual and it has to flash your device.

After that your device will boot normally (I hope).
