File Encryption is one of the most powerful features of Explorer 2003. You can use the Base Cryptographic Provider with RC2 (40bit) or DES (56bit) algorithms. Power users can install an Enhanced Provider with stronger algorithms such as RC2-128, DES-56, 3DES TWO KEY-112, 3DES-168. doesn't contain that much yet because i don't exactly have the time to be uploading every program on the net available for pocket pc's and palm's.

but this is a GSM forum... although this is the smart phone/organizer section... it's meant for the pda phones and smartphones whereas my forum is focused on software for the devices

You are right hubmobile... i can see that diverting people to other sites just to see what they offer is nothing compared to what you have painstakingly put-up here just so we can have something to download and load in our PPC. Keep up the good work dude! You rock!!
