polices HELP HELP - GSM-Forum

Dear, I have some device what is in basicly Intel X-Scale PXA270 520 MHz with 128 MB ram inside with windows mobile 5, and there is activated some polices i think becouse when i start device on second i can see desktop and there is autostart of application. There is no way out of application and no acces to browser and other app. Is there some solution to bood from sd card and deactivate polices to access word and IE. Best regards Vladan
