Problem with KAIS130 - GSM-Forum

Hi Mates

today i tried to flash a KAIS130 PDA Phone but after i press the update button on the phone go to bootloader mode and then after machine says unknown device connected, i tried with phones and several cables, but same problem.

please help me

Vodafone JAPAN ?

Japanese Phones are maximum softbank or one more operator. i can remember the name right now.

But vodafone exist in Japan ?

Hi!

ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDER ID

ERROR [262] : UPDATE ERROR
This error occurs during the CE ROM code upgrade process.

Solution: If this happens, you can just soft-reset the device and run RUU again. The update process will then continue.

Note: At this stage, the Wince is destroyed; instead, it is in upgrade mode.

You 2 questions are different.

To unlock your Kaiser, you need

ALL HTC Service Unlock version 1.2 Released (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=647292)

Select Kaiser, as your device.

First of all I think you have to use XP. I have flashed mine many times. Second you need SPL jump to be installed fist (only first flash time) via Active Sync. After that you can install OS of your choice.
