Qtek S200 problem whit sound - GSM-Forum

hi people i hope that someone can help me whit my problem,i cant hear any sound when i tap on the screen and when play music,even when call to someone cant hear the people which talking to me from other phone

,but when using the headset i can hear every sound.and the most strange thing is that when someone call me the phone ring.i am not sure maybe the problem is in hardware

.please help

I have sound again

.Ok i thing i find the problem

,when i plug the headset to listen my MP3s everything works just fine,BUT when unplug the headset the sound dont appear from S200 speaker behind(this was my problem) and after that i dont have any sound,BUT i start to plug and unplug the headset many times(crazy...) and SURPRISE the sound appear.My conclusion is that when i plug the headset his jack touching some parts of the PDA inside and that disable the sound

Ok,finally i leave my Qtek S200 in the shop from where i buy it to see if they can find the problem

,they tell me taht i must wait 2 weeks

,ok i will wait and then i will tell you people whats the conclusion

.by the way is there someone else whit the same problem???

lot of s200 with same problem, but after read your posts I think is audio jack problem, I will change it and tell u

hi, all that I have tested and repaired was "buzzer" problem, simply change it

Your S200 has been dropped and the small audio daughter board has a damaged connector.
You also had to check the receiver (speaker) contacts.
Common fault after drops

And I have that problem. haven't sound.. and i will replace audio controller!

I have a s200 where not hear incoming call or touch handset good test after the buzzer and not new news to someone can help
