1. Using goldcard..(sd card)
2. Create Goldcard.
XDADeveloperWiki - Elf_Gold Card.
3. Copy to goldcard 2 files: elfdiag.nbh+ELFIMG.nbh(mfg patch).
4. Put sd into htc touch without battery after put battery and press
power+camera button.
5. Show in htc.. "input pass" pass is: keys send+end + center button press

6. Press again center button to unlock htc touch ..

7. Repeat procces remove the battery in htc..insert battery..press
power+camera button enter pass: digit: key send+key end +key center
after press power button to reflash wait to succefull procces.

8. Desactive actyvesync ..desactive option allow usb connection.

9. Open mtty program connect htc elf.

10. Digit in mtty:

Solution thanks to Dexter team monoxide .and ovalle team..STEP 1.

1. Unzip the file USPLMFG inside a folder called excavation or whatever.
2. Excalibur Htc Sync .. q with the syn actyve actyvesync get in verdesito.
March. Inside the folder you unzipped q q is a small program called sda unlock Correlo .. and dale click to remove ..
4. Now give upsl.bat and click to see by looking at the screen on the Excalibur on the screen of the excavation permits were installed give yes and yes and enter on the pc ..
5. Now the screen goes blank excalibur If it does not repeat the process until the blank .. q

PASO 1.

1. Descomprime el archivo USPLMFG dentro de una carpeta llamada exca o como quieras.
2. Sincroniza la Htc Excalibur..con el actyve syn q el actyvesync se ponga en verdesito.
3. Dentro de la carpeta q descomprimiste hay un programita q se llama sda unlock correlo.. y dale click a remove..
4. Ahora dale click a upsl.bat y ves fijandote en la pantalla de la excalibur en la pantalla de la exca se instalaran permisos dale si y si y enter en el pc..
5. Ahora l a pantalla de la excalibur se pondra en blanco si no sucede asi repite el proceso hasta q este en blanco..
6. Despues q la pantalla de la excalibur este en blanco..ves a la carpeta q se llama excalibur-upsl-ruu vete al rom update y correlo dale aceptar este flasheara un archivo y al final te saldrà el mensaje congratulations.
7. Despues de q prenda la excalibur desactiva el actyvesync y pon en tricolor en boot ñla excalibur esto lo haces dandole un toque al power y dejando presionado el botond e la camara.
8. Luego de q este en tricolor abres el mtty y das click en usb das clik n usb saldra cmd. y le digitas

Aqui el equipo se reiniciarà pilas aca esperas q se reiniciè y cuando te salga la barrita de llenado de configurando ...lequitas la pila

9. Colocas la pila pones en tricolor o en modo boot la excalibur abres mtty y digitas:

10. Dejas q prendas Normal y bien la excalibur es probable q te salga una pantalla roja dale yes..ok

* Conectas la exca y sincronozas--

11. Despuès de que prenda normal la excalibur procedemos a abrir la bandas..para esto abres una carpeta q se llama bandas de excalibur q se te enviara via mail..ok abres el programita Dash2bunlock sincronizas la excalibur simobolo de activesync en verde..

te saldrà una pantalla negra en Dos le das enter,,y corre luego te pedira un archivo con el nombre del imei q esta dentro de la misma carpeta esperas un tanto..y el equipo alli estara con las bandas abiertas..

Ahora procederemos a colocar el imei q tu quieras..

12. Para esto sencillamente desactivas Actyvesyc pon en triclor y pon el imei q quieras

13. Espera q se reinicie la exca esperas pilas esperas q vaya prendiendo te saldra el pantallazo de mobileoperator de alli esperas te dira q le des clic en listo te sale la barra de llenado allli quitas la pila--

14- Colocas la pila pones de nuevo en tricolor y digitas..

15. Espera q reinicie normal y listo----verificas
