Red face sp3i not working after i open it ?


hello masters
i have sp3i the mouce not working
i open th phone and clean the mouce and resolding the mouce pinout
after i close the phone
its not working
i try to make it work like booting (press camera and power botton togather but same
i cant go in boot mode
the phone when i connect the charger it give 4.7 in battary conectors

and idea

Not going to help you much here but this is the second time I have heard of this happening on this phone and the other guy is stuck with a dead phone too, the only thing that comes to ind is to try and run an update on the phone and see if that bring the phone back to life, as a very long short try abd remove the back-up battery for an hour or so and see if that helps.

i try to run update but the pc not see any usb plugin ?

can u tell me the button i have to press to go into boot mode?
plz try before post on same phone sp3i

and i open the mobile again i found no back-up battary?

Press the button on the right hand side of the phone as you go to turn it on or as you put the charger in.
