Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies
Then change the following values to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 1001 = 1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 1005 = 40

not pc regedit

use mmc or data cable to transfer file regedit for smart phone.
open it.
go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000
there u find
1001
rename it to
1

again

there you find
1005
rename it to
40

now you can install any CAB file non signed one.
to process future unlocking or anything else.

SPV C600 UNLOCK if i put regedit in side no success to go to the change Hkey local machine
now how to unlock it pls need hellp

use
SDA_ApplicationUnlock ..
then try to install cert.cab

if fail then try to now regedit trick.
