touch viva not connect Activesync - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with touch viva, I do not sync I did hard reset it and continue with the problem.
any help I can provide plz .... Thx..

Hi

your phone give any response against USB cable ? if not then check cable+phone port.

thank you very much for your reply but was not the cable My solution was to enter the configuration, connections and red, there is a options working with the activesync need not be anything labeled and it worked fine for me....
