I can't access in my phone SDA T-mobile for run file "regeditSTG" because simlock. help me please

SDA Sim Unlock :
1) Unzip in folder SDAUnlock.zip
2)Start the service SPV_Services (run Unlocking.bat) and follow the instruction.

How tottal hardware reset my SDA becaouse if blocked startap animation T-MOBILE and freeze??????

"unknown error-2146994773 in read operation"

file can not be opened.. chek the file pls..

Dear mates am having a problem with this sw its runing on my computer i wounder why but some time back it used to work well but now when i start the sw it opens but it gives me a blank white screen how do i get it runing
