Hi!

Check battery voltage. If OK,then try to flash it via SD card.
Get the original ROM(the same version that was in your device before flashing),format an SD card, copy the*.nbh file to the card, rename it to ARTEIMG.nbh.Put the card into the Orbit and start it with bootloader mode(record+power,if I'm right). It will flash your PDA.It takes long time,so you need a fully loaded battery.

Try this and post results!

The trick is that you have to use shipped ROM(for same provider, same device, same loaders). After that try a hard reset.I read somewhere a trick:battery out,24 hours waiting then battery back and check.
One more thing:there is an internal cell battery, maybe it has low voltage.check with a multimeter,do not try to charge it via power supply or another battery,it can damage the PDA.

Thanks for your effort buddy.

But, i tried to give him most rom, he tried with that ROMs, but no luck till. i dont know, where is problem. Cause i gave him original rom. shipped rom.

as you can see, his boot-lodaer. Does not match ipl with spl.

which is indicate his boot-loader is bricked.

correct me if i am wrong.

IPL:1.25.001
SPL:1.25.000

I don't think there is any problem with this IPL,SPL,there are working devices with these loaders.I will looking for other solutions,I will share the results here.
Does it write anything else,I mean GSM or Protokol version number?
Because it seems your hard work was for nothing, you have a faulty flash chip.Try to rehot the chip carefully, after that try to flash it.

So it is the end.
Finally I found an official ROM for your device with your IPL,SPL,but it can't help you in this case.

I don't think there is any problem with this IPL,SPL,there are working devices with these loaders.

I don't want to give you false informations,so:
1.: I saw working devices with this IPL,SPL
BUT the original IPL is 1.25.000 (you are right,Subrata) and the flasher changes it to 1.25.001 when starts the process.Maybe it will be restored to the original value after a SUCCESSFUL flashing.Unfinished flash or flasher tricks(USPL,HARDSPL) maybe leave this value,I'm not sure.
Sorry if I confused you,it wasn't intended.
