Member: 29006 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 28 | try a hard reset. wich software is installed? i reffer to OS wm2003 or wm2005? to do a hard reset on wm2003press soft reset button and keep pressed in this time press power on,then release buttons.but with this operation will erase all software installed on device and revert to factory settings. |

I have tried hard reset but still this problem, does any1 know if i do a software upgrade will it remove this ? please someone must know how it sort this out thank-you BR |

Member: 29006 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 28 | taking out the backup battery is like hard reset I think,so if cognito is installed and stiil active after hard reset I think will be still active after that.better chance with software upgrade but in bootloader mode and using himaupgradenoid to avoid errors like country id error. |
