Dear supporter since yesterday i have been facing this issue that ,,,i open soft ,,,but cant use it ,,,after opening its becomes HANG,,here is log -:

Plz guide me what is the problem ?

Still awaiting for kind replies and help from PS ,,,,as i wanna to sue this exe for some urgung work,,,,but after opening ,,,becomes HANG and cant use this ....

Why non of any reply from PS ,,,,or product manager about this issue ,,,,i am still awaiting ,,,or plz kindly tell me what is problem behind it ,,,why i can use this ?

i have the same problem too but this guy soldier winter cannot fixed i waiting the last update i think team falcon sleeping in the market still work good this tools but need support when a people need.
