why i am getting this error even i sholder every pins point to point...

Pull-up 150 ohm - 1kohm what ever you have in hand
You know about this method ?
Between CMD and VCCQ , another one D0 and VCCQ


Should be okay also check your mother board soldering .

Well so far only pull-up method and we are making solution for it
We were not aware of such phone levels actually .

Simple explanation is that for pull-up method makes it more sensitive input for CMD and D0

CLK is stable
VCC is power supply for eMMC
VCCQ is power supply for eMMC

You need to write dump into user area too
There is dump in support area for this
