Try long press on power button with volume down or up. Hope this will help you. I get my redmi 3 pro normal by this.

Hello Friend.
I have a Mi 5s plus, which after an unsuccessful flash does not turn off and on stays on the Main Menu recovery screen, disconnect the battery and turn it on and back on that screen.
Do you have any advice, please.
