as soon as its powered , you have less than a minute before screen lock password lock kicks in , you should be able to access menu .. keep trying , otherwise vygis should clear normal password .

However when powered on as long as you get into the settings menu before the screen lock kicks in you can then go...

S730 will not hard reset

Have tried holding soft keys and power button to hard reset but just goes through startup and then powers off.

Only doing this because I have forgotten password and need reset

throu the code generator but the codes sent have not worked , i beleive its the spck that causes this issue

We have 2 ub boxes but when they auto update from 2.8.5.2513 to 2.8.5.2552 once downloading executables has finished the software closes.
*both boxes have been tried on different pc's

you were correct there is a bug in server the code for net was correct 0967476275 but this spck code finalised the unlock , thank you for your help arcos.teami :-) oh the other methods didnt work ...
