Impossible except if you can use the Bb like a...

Impossible except if you can use the Bb like a router and add the ipod touch to share web connection.
But I don't recommand you this way cause :
1/ Mobile internet via BB like modem is outside BIS...

It's possible these persons can clone your imei and pin device but for the server BB if the BCN isn't the result of the algorythm of your imei/pin then you can't access to BIS/BES.
