i'm using X60 cable with the box directly and still not working.
it will read the user code and reset defualts on the phone, but when i need to put the phone in prepare mode it wont work.......

Hello

here are the steps im doing exactly.

1) connect the phone via X60 T191 Cable.
2) Power up the phone
3) Load the Software v1.40
4) Choose Model C168i
5) Go to Service Tab
6) Power off...

its not the driver, its the phone.
