Turn off your Kaspersky then .... :) or put MXKEY on the exclusion list. Don't know how to do it with KAV, but the tip works well for me with AVIRA.

As kangking said, 3.2 Rev. 3.0 has a problem with application layout, no matter which resolution of screen you choose. 800x600 or 1024x768....
