i encountered also this problem when i have this tool my 2 credits gone but after a few days i check again my account my 2 credits back. this issue happened to me 2nd time. my 2nd account lost also 1 credit but it back also in few days after.

hope it will be solve and check there product properly

today we updated our dts more security and this product will be working with more power if any one lost credit
just inform us with prove must we try to add lost credit

but we need proper prove
