2100 show only network sign and restart - GSM-Forum

mates any body tell what is the problem... i got one 2100 with no display hang condition... flash MCU_PPM_PMM_FULL UI_REBUILD IMEI.....after that mobile show every thing bt with sim it show only network sign and after 30 sec restart and say INVALID SIM CARD what is the prblem any body tell me solution...waiting for real solution...

With UFS, do this way:
I do this way for all dct 3 software error maintenance.
erase flash: start address: 00200000 end address 00FFFFFF
- it will get error in the midle of the way, its ok: out of chips bound.
Flash : MCU - PPM
- after this; you'll got 'contact service' - it's ok again
Rebuild Imei
Init Simlock
SetFAID
Fullfactory
If problem still persist: hw damage. Probably one or both them: flash ic or cobba.

U Have To Erase And Re Flash With Nok 95 Dct 3 Flasher Then Unlock It And Rebuilt Imei In Ufs 3 Flasher

That's a hardware problem! don't waste your time in flashing the phone! Instead, try to rework/reheat cobba/audio IC. Or replace if symptom persist. 100% phone goes fine.

are you not familiar with THAt GEO FLASHER(all pinoy) he can do the JOb just full flash and nok it. will be ok

GEO flasher flashing and not from universal unlocker always solve that proble for me

I am very much familiar with it..But i ddnt use it so often coz it has a very sensitive boot loading. And sometimes problem really persist even if u flash it with geo. Still thanx anyway for the info. I know this would help.

if you do erase all, you must reflash PMM/eeprom area also afterwards! not just MCU/PPM or your phone will not power on!

for the phone that gets signal for few second then shut down, usually this is a transmitting problem in hardware.

but you say phone also rebot and then invalid sim, so i think there is bigger problems also (in hardware). maybe relate to COBBA (audio/security IC)

yes, i know is an old thread but i cannot stay like this without an answer

if ur problem is the low network (after flash succeded this), an after the operator logo the phone restart, this is the answer of ur problem:

open nokia tool by rolis (old but good soft)
read phone
clear sp
rebuild imei
open all locks
update faid
finish with sfr

the phone work now

don't try to change nothing cause is not the fault in this situation
do what i say and ur phone work again

ser thats a hardware problem you have to chage the ic knor cobba if you want to work that phone ser

DCT-3 phones are covered with ashes and this phone had been descussed at least 3 years ago.

I have same problem
1. I replace cobba: nothing.
2. I replace flash: all ok.
