have same case, if change lcd, flexible, no result. before doing ic power first of all check if line from conn to r is broken, check Vled, vbat. if all are ok, and there is no Vaux 2.8 v, the solutioin from Assand is finally tested working by me. thanks Assand,

do software once if not ok then change the flex and display...
