Nokia 3310 Tx power level 5


I have some 3310 that Calibrating power level 5 is impossible on them.
I Can change valuse for TX power level 19 and 15 but 5 is imposible.
why?

Level 5 is the higher power limit in the phone. May be PA problem?

Constant?No it is not!
The 3 adjustable levels in WINTESLA are 19 - 15 and 5 !
The problem is this:
value for level 19 is too high 3xnormal
I can reduce it,also in level 5 it is high,but when when i click on it for changing,Wintesla shows an error message.

Yes I have PKD-1 (oroginal)
