3650 hangs on Nokia logo - GSM-Forum

Hello, dear friends!

I have 3650. I flashed russian in it for my client. It worked ok, I tested it. After two days client brought it back to me. Now it powers on, shows "Nokia" and hangs. Keyboard not works and it doesn't power off.

I tried the following:
1. Flashed ok (with and without factory defaults after flashing)
2. Factory defaults ok.
3. Format user area ok.

My Griffin is:
V2.44 BoxID:EF8A
ACTIVATED BOX

What can I do else?

You need to flash the phone with the 3650 pm file.
This will completely erase it.
When you have done this retune the phone by uploading the 3650 pm settings.

@dolaghan,

Can you tell me stepby step how to write this PM file into phone...its just 64kb and what do choose as to be able to write...

Download File Here:

Flash this file like you would do a ppm.
When you have flashed it phone will operate ok but no signal.
Retune the phone in serial options of 2.02 exe.
Select to upload the pm defaults.
